In addition to its attractions and music theaters, Pigeon Forge is well known for its shopping opportunities, or “shoppertunities” as they’re sometimes called around here. In fact, Pigeon Forge got in early on the outlet mall shopping craze and is home to more outlet malls than any other city in the area.
You’ll find Belz Factory Outlet World, the town’s only totally climate-controlled, indoor outlet mall, as well as Shops of Pigeon Forge and Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet Mall (also known as the “red roof mall.” These locations feature dozens and dozens of shops with name-brand merchandise offered at significant discounts off the regular retail prices. Merchandise includes everything from clothing and shoes to housewares and tools.
Regardless of which location you go to, you can usually find a wide range of stores from which to choose as well as ample parking and even food vendors to help tide you over between stores. Most locations are also convenient to Pigeon Forge hotels, condos and cabins.
Pigeon Forge also has several traditional souvenir-style stores where you can get T-shirts and other memorabilia and knickknacks. And don’t forget that most attractions and music theaters have their own gift shops with unique merchandise particular to that location.
