Each summer, Dollywood incorporates a special package of live performances and attractions that is specially geared toward children and teens. This year’s KidsFest runs June 22 through July 29 and gives children an entertainment alternative to the more grownup-friendly music shows for which Dollywood is better known. Many of the activities are also targeted toward younger kids, adding another entertainment option for those who may be too small to ride many of Dollywood’s rides. This year’s highlights include:
The Gazillion Bubbles Show
This interactive bubble world is filled with lasers, spectacular lighting effects and jaw-dropping masterpieces of bubble artistry. This extravaganza has been seen on every major television network and several cable news shows.
Chris Perondi’s Stunt Dog Experience
Man’s best friend takes center stage at this brand new show. Beware of flying dogs as a dozen of America’s most talented canines defy gravity and perform incredible jumps, tricks and stunts. As seen on Oprah Winfrey, Nickelodeon and Animal Planet.
Dolly’s Imagination Playhouse
Penguin Group (USA) presents Dolly’s Imagination Playhouse featuring the Penguin Players. Three storybook favorites—The Litle Engine That Could, Ladybug Girl And The Bug Squad, and Otis are all brought to life in lively 20-minute musicals.
And remember that if you’re visiting Dollywood this summer, we have Pigeon Forge Tennessee cabins that make it convenient for you to access the theme park.
